1. Ecosystem Eligibility
Welcome to the Letnix Global Marketplace. By accessing this platform, you certify that you are an authorized representative of a professional organization. Use of the system for fraudulent procurement or non-commercial data mining is strictly prohibited.
2. Pricing & Estimations
Critical Pricing Disclaimer
All rates, fees, and budgetary estimations displayed on Letnix are for strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute a formal, binding contract. Final pricing is subject to technical site surveys, verified requirements, and official contract issuance by the ecosystem provider.
Letnix acts as a matching engine. We assume no liability for discrepancies between platform-generated estimates and final contractual rates issued by independent providers.
3. Dispatch & Fulfillment
When you initiate a service request, your procurement profile is cryptographically anchored to the Letnix Ledger. This notification is dispatched to the selected provider. The provider is solely responsible for service fulfillment, SLAs, and technical support as defined in the final master service agreement (MSA).
4. Intellectual Property
All platform logic, AI matching algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Letnix. User-provided technical specifications remain the property of the respective user, subject to the processing rights defined in our Privacy Policy.
